By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Jomakhata (জমাখাতা) mobile application or visiting our website (https://jomakhata.tashanto.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Jomakhata provides offline-first digital retail point-of-sale, party debt tracking (Baki Khata), printable Bangla QR counter stands, daily financial Day-Book tracking, and customer reminder dispatch tools.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all products, prices, debts, and payments entered into the system. While Jomakhata provides local database encryption and automated cloud sync options, you are strongly encouraged to maintain regular backups of your financial records.
The Jomakhata trademark, logo, design system, Bangla QR poster generator, and underlying software source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Tashanto. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your commercial business management.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jomakhata and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from device hardware failure, data loss, or user calculation error.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
